The Simply Brands Warranty
All our products that come with a 12 month guarantee will have it clearly indicated on the packaging. The product must be registered within 30 days of purchase, failure to register may invalidate the Warranty. If any product with this Warranty has any defects in material or workmanship up to a period of 1 year when used in non-commercial applications, subject to the terms of our Warranty shown below, Simply will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Please complete and submit the following warranty form. The details submitted will be used to determine whether the warranty can be claimed. Please retain proof of purchase in case you need to make a claim. If proof of purchase is not retained, then this may invalidate the warranty.
Conditions and Terms of the Warranty
This Warranty will not cover any fault or defect caused by:
a) faulty installation arising e.g. from failure to observe the instructions of Simply
b) misuse
c) external sources e.g. weather, or accidental damage
.If you want to claim under this warranty you must send the product to Simply Brands, Returns Department, together with the email you received upon registering the product, and the original purchase receipt clearly showing the purchase price and the store where it was purchased. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent by registered post or recorded delivery.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and it will not affect your statutory rights provided under, the Consumer Rights Act 2015
